Delivery will occur between 5-7 business days after your order if the item is fully in stock.
Are there faster delivery options available?

Will I receive a tracking number or link?
Yes you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?
We only ship in the USA at the moment.

Do you ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, India Post, etc.?
We ship USPS and UPS at the moment.
What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?
5-7 business days form order time and we do not cover international shipments at the moment.
Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?
Yes they are eco friendly, cusotm made and branded. They are built to be reused. We also don't use paper. We use satin scarves as our wrapping so that they can be reused.

What items are eligible for return?
All items are able to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Tags and original conditions is a must.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
30 days.
What are the steps or link to request a return?
Email us at info@allthingsluxury.com and we will get it started. Once we receive a picture of a receipt saying you shipped the item or we receive the item back, you will receive a full refund.
Is an exchange option available for size, color, or different product?
Yes, in your email to us (info@allthingsluxury.com) please specify what you want to exchange it for. When you send us a receipt saying you have sent it back, we will initiate a new shipment out to you.
